  • NPD Manager


    H&A Prestige Bottling Ltd, based in Chorley, is one of the UK’s largest independent contract bottling companies. H&A offer filling, packing and bonded warehouse solutions. We specialise in all alcohol, non alcohol and syrups and provide a complete supply chain solution with the ability to fill products in a range of shapes and sizes.

    We are now looking for a NPD Manager to lead our busy New Product Development team.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:  Planning and execution of all departmental initiatives to achieve the agreed levels of NPs coming to market within budget.  Managing existing and new customer NPD  Establishing close contact with all departments which will include both internal and external contacts  Ensuring their team and their own accounts are managed correctly and all processes are followed  Mapping costings, feasibilities, material usage and liquid development in order that the products make it to line  Represent the department and company in a professional manner so as to enhance the image of the department, H&A, Halewood International and its Brands

    The successful candidate will:-  Possess previous Management experience  Have experience of working in NPD, preferably in the food & drink industry.  Have excellent communication skills.  Have experience of working in a busy office.  Have excellent time management skills/organisational skills, be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work.  Be confident, reliable and trustworthy.  Be able to work as a team.  Be IT literate, including excel. Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.

    Hall & Bramley Ltd are now looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding sales team. Based predominantly in the Field (Midlands area) with regular travel to our head office in Chorley, Lancashire.

    Reporting to the Head of Sales, the successful candidate will be responsible for:  Planning and execution of account initiatives to achieve the agreed levels of volume and profit  Management of existing business and new business within their geographical boundaries  Effectively and professionally represent the company to the trade at all times.  Establishing close contact with all departments including both internal and external contacts  Regular liaison with head office staff  Accurately forecast against volume, revenue and price per CEQ on a monthly basis  Keep abreast of marketplace developments making occasional recommendations  Any other reasonable request

    The successful candidate will have:-  Previous experience in a sales role  Excellent communication skills  Good knowledge of Excel or similar  Have the ability to meet strict targets deadlines  Industry knowledge advantageous
