Customer Services Manager
H&A Prestige Bottling Ltd, based in Chorley, is one of the UK’s largest independent contract bottling companies. H&A offer filling, packing and bonded warehouse solutions. We specialise in all alcohol, non alcohol and syrups and provide a complete supply chain solution with the ability to fill products in a range of shapes and sizes.
H&A is now looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Supervising the Customer Services Representatives ensuring that they fulfil their duties, are fully trained and work within the company’s policies and procedures.
Assisting the CS Reps with customer, credit control queries and internal queries
Produce and maintain customer service working instructions, documents and procedures.
Providing support to the sales team on customer issues when required.
Manage finish good stock levels, arranging for old stock to be destroyed or put in the staff shop. Obtaining prices for the staff shop if required.
Managing old materials and expired ingredients. Reviewing re-charge possibilities, organising the return of customer owned materials and destruction where required.
Signing off of new and amended production specs in a timely manner.

The successful candidate will:-
Previous experience supervising team
Have experience of working in a busy customer service environment preferably in manufacturing.
Have good attention to detail
Have excellent time management skills/organisational skills, be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work.
Have excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain relationships internally and externally
Be confident, reliable and trustworthy.
Be able to work as a team
Be IT literate, including excel. Knowledge of SAP is desirable.
Export knowledge advantageous not essential
