  • Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver

    H&A Prestige Bottling Ltd, based in Chorley, is one of the UK’s largest independent contract bottling companies. H&A offer filling, packing and bonded warehouse solutions. We specialise in all alcohol, non alcohol and syrups and provide a complete supply chain solution with the ability to fill products in a range of shapes and sizes.

    H&A is now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our busy warehouse department.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    Order Picking Goods in and out Stock taking General housekeeping within the department The successful candidate will:-

    Have current Reach and Counterbalance licences. Have knowledge of manual handling Techniques. Be able to work as part of a team. Understand the importance of Health & Safety and the requirement for PPE and safe working procedures. Knowledge of SAP palletisation, checks & procedures preferable. Have excellent timekeeping and attendance.

    Salary: £8.50 to £9.35 /hour

  • Customer Service Representative

    H&A is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team, to be involved with day to day contact with our customers. Other duties and responsibilities will include:- • Administration of customer accounts, including sales orders, invoices, PAFs, export documentation and purchase orders along with Liaising with credit control. • Manage and forecast the customer expectation for the production schedule and dates liaising with the Production Planner. Updating the Production Planner and customer throughout. • Organising dispatches of finished stock, arranging transport, and issuing any recharges. • Manage customer stock holding for both finished and dry goods and liaising with the Bulk Scheduler as required. Producing outturns and updating stock lists when required.

    The successful candidate will:- • Have experience of working in a busy customer service environment preferably in manufacturing. • Have good attention to detail • Have excellent time management skills/organisational skills, be self-motivated and have a flexible approach to work. • Have excellent communication skills and be able to establish and maintain relationships internally and externally with customers and suppliers. • Be confident, reliable and trustworthy. • Be able to work as a team • Be IT literate, including excel. Knowledge of SAP is desirable. • Export knowledge advantageous not essential • Hold GCSE Maths and English grades A-C (or to an equivalent standard).Working hours are

    Hours will be Monday – Friday 8.30am – 17.00pm with 1 hour for lunch.
