“H&A held 2 workshops in total one on the 24th September and one on the 25th September. They appear to be a big success with 18 attendees over the 2 days.
As well as presentations we did:
1. a site tour
2. reproduced two of our quality tests seeing if attendees could pick up taints in drinks and differentiate between whiskey and brandy
3. a session on flavourings and how visual clues affect our ability to identify flavours and smells
The feedback was excellent overall with attendees commenting particularly on the tips they received for CV’s and interviews.”
